I help progressive, growth-minded people show up bravely to their calling.

I work one-on-one to help develop an unbreakable self-confidence, clarity of passion and purpose, and develop a straightforward, tactical plan to reach short, mid, and long-term goals.

I know the struggle that comes with aligning to your innermost truth.

Once upon a time, I was a young, seemingly happy, star-struck girl… curious about life, people, and what made them tick.

I had no context of my purpose, yet I knew deep down inside I had one. I was fascinated by dreams and what they represented. I secretly decided I wanted to be a psychologist but was afraid to say it out loud for fear I would be scoffed at or mocked.

How could I possibly be smart enough? Does the world even need them?

I finally came to terms with the travesty of living a life not fully aligned with my inner knowing, passion, and purpose.

I love people. I’m fascinated by the human condition. How and why we were created, and how the world shapes us. I’ve always had an innate ability to see past people’s facades, into what truly drives them — in a safe, soulful, and caring way.

I am certified through iPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching) as a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I’m also training in Positive Intelligence. I’m the owner/visionary of 2 small businesses.
